The new El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie trailer finally gives us our first look at Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul). It would appear this is the same night that he escaped from the neo-nazis at the end of the original series. He is scarred and clearly lost as to what to do now. The radio lets him know the authorities are on the lookout for him.
Judging by the previous trailer, he will continue to be on the run and in hiding. Can Jesse stay under the radar? Can he build any sort of life?
Series creator Vince Gilligan has said 10 characters from Breaking Bad – not counting Jesse – will appear in the film. The only two he would confirm are Badger (Matt L. Jones) and Skinny Pete (Charles Baker), so one assumes Jesse will run to them at some point.
Over the course of the series, you came to root for Jesse despite the things he may have done. Hopefully, he can find something close to peace.
El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie will debut on Netflix on Oct. 11.
