After years of debate by fans, Lucasfilm has revealed the official Star Wars Episode IX title. The Skywalker saga will end in the ninth film named, Star Wars The Rise of Skywalker
The latest trilogy kicked off in 2015 with The Force Awakens, and then was followed up in 2017 The Last Jedi. The titles always give us some form of hint to the story, but it remains to be seen what XXXXX tells us about the conclusion of this nine film saga.
Star Wars The Rise of Skywalker is due to hit theaters on Dec. 20, 2019.
