CBS debuted the first trailer for the second season of Star Trek Discovery at San Diego Comic-Con on Friday, and we can not wait.
We already knew the infamous U.S.S. Enterprise would be involved this season, as would Capt. Christopher Pike, but it looks like they will be massively involved judging by this trailer.
In addition to Pike and his crew, we get our first look at Tig Notaro as Chief Engineer Reno. Clearly, she will not be playing the character seriously. Did we really expect anything else?
CBS hasn’t announced an exact launch date for the second season of Star Trek Discovery. For now, we just know it’s some time in early 2019.
