The first trailer for Godzilla: King of the Monsters dropped at 2018 San Diego Comic-Con, giving us one of the best trailers in the last few years. Its epicness was palpable throughout the two minute and 25 second eye-catching opera. It’s going to be hard to follow that up, but its second trailer is going to try to when it drops this weekend.
Since the first trailer was released back in July, we’ve heard little about the movie other than keeping track of where the Titans are located at. In a turn of events, director Michael Dougherty dropped breaking news on Twitter revealing a new trailer will “drop Sunday, Dec 9th at Brazil Comic Con.”

Godzilla: King of Monsters, the follow up to 2014’s Godzilla, is one of the most anticipated movies coming out in 2019. It’s going to face off the iconic monster against some of his most menacing foes: King Ghidorah, Rodan and Mothra, though the last one may end up helping him out.
The first trailer laid out an epic bout that is going to toss the entire world into turmoil. We’re hoping to get more details from the second trailer when it drops on Sunday.
