Fox has released the first images from The Gifted season 2 premiere, and the six month time jump is pretty darn obvious. It looks like we’re going to waste no time on meeting Polaris’ baby.
Season 2 of The Gifted promises a lot of new factions coming into play this time around. Beyond the Hellfire Club and the Mutant Underground, the Morlocks will also be introduced. In the comics, they are a ragtag group of mutants who live in the tunnels below New York City. And on the evil side we’ll be dealing with the Purifiers who a religious terrorist group that believes all mutants are evil.
Sounds like we could be in for some big fights as this season plays out.
