The Marksman took the top spot at the box office in its opening weekend as theaters continue try to recover.

First place went to Liam Neeson’s The Marksman with an opening total of $3.22M
The Croods: A New Age landed in second place with $2.04M for a new domestic total of $39.28M and globally it sits at $133.98M.
Third place went to Wonder Woman 1984 with $1.9M. It now stands at $35.8M domestically and $141.7M internationally.
News of the World landed in fourth place with $1.05M for a new domestic total of $8.5M.
Fifth place went to Monster Hunter with $920K for a new domestic total of $9.03M, and a global haul of $19.65M.
The next wide release is The Little Things on Jan. 29 which will debut day-and-date on HBO Max as well.
