Shang-Chi movie gets a title, cast, and release date

The Shang-Chi finally has a cast, a full title, and a release date. Say hello to the real Mandarin.

Marvel announced on Saturday night that the movie will be entitled Shang-Chi: The Legend of the Ten Rings. If you’ve been paying attention since the very first Iron Man movie, you will know that’s a reference to the terrorist leader, The Mandarin. Yes, the real Mandarin this time. This time around he will be played by Tony Leung. Awkwafina was also announced for the cast, but no role was named yet.

As to the title character of Shang-Chi, that role is going to Simu Liu.

Shang-Chi: The Legend of the Ten Rings will hit theaters on Feb. 12, 2021.
