How to Train Your Dragon 3 took the top spot this weekend with a very healthy $55.52M. With its foreign numbers it already sits at $274.92M off of a $129M budget. Wonder if anyone is regretting saying this is the final film yet.
Second place went to Alita: Battle Angel with just $12M. Domestically it sits at $60.68M, and globally at $263.35M off of a $170M budget.
LEGO Movie 2 took the third spot this weekend with $10.01M. It now sits at $83.61M domestically and $136.61M globally.
Fourth Place went to Fighting with My Family which took in $8.01M.
Isn’t it Romantic rounded out the top five with $7.51M for a new total of $33.76M.
This week’s wide-releases will be Greta and Tyler Perry’s A Madea Family Funeral.
