Netflix rang in 2019 with some big news in the form of the premiere date for the long-awaited Stranger Things 3. Go ahead and mark your calendars for July 4, 2019.
Tor those that need a reminder, Stranger Things released on July 15, 2016. Stranger Things 2 then hit the service on Oct. 27, 2017. This will be the longest wait and just shy of a whopping 21 months.
Judging by the video teaser, it does appear the Starcourt Mall plays a large part in this season, and it does appear that we are not yet done with the Upside Down. Of course, for those that have seen season two, we knew it wasn’t just destroyed, just Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) had shut the doorway.
Along with the new teaser video, we also got a poster that promises one summer can change everything.
Stranger Things 3 will hit Netflix on July 4.
