McFarlane Toys at Toy Fair 2020: Spawn, Warhammer 40K, and more

McFarlane Toys always has a strong showing at Toy Fair, and 2020 was no different. The company brought a wide selection of properties to show off for the year.

To kick things off, McFarlane has gone heavy into video game properties with figures coming from Call of Duty, Fortnite, and The Elder Scrolls.

Of particular note were the Cyberpunk 2077 figures, which did have a heavy focus on Keanu Reeves Johnny Silverhand character.

Five Nights at Freddy’s is getting more construction sets from the Pizzeria and VR expansions.

Spawn is coming to Mortal Kombat 11, so that means it’s the perfect time for a new Spawn figure.

DC Multiverse is a new property for McFarlane Toys, and the company is wasting no time getting it up to speed. Series 1 is already on the shelves, and series is inbound.

Batman is still very much the focus. This wave will feature not only the company’s first Joker figure, but two of them. We’ll see versions from both Arkham City and White Knight. We’ll also see Batman from both of those properties as well as Azrael from White Knight.

As previously announced, we’ll also see two figures from Wonder Woman 1984. There will be one in the classic costume as well as one in the new Golden Armor we’ll see show up in the film.

It’s clear McFarlane Toys has big plans for this line and we can’t wait to see where else they take it.

McFarlane has a Bloodshot figure hitting stores now in support of the new Vin Diesel film.

My Hero Academia is one of the hottest properties in anime right now, and McFarlane is expanding its figure line.

The anniversary of the original Spawn figure is coming up, and McFarlane is going to do a new figure to honor it, but with a new twist. The company will head to Kickstarter to back it and get it up and running. Should it do well, then there may be more of these projects in the future.

Wrapping things up are the first Space Marine figures for Warhammer 40,000. There will be additional figures, but these are the first to be shown. In honor of the miniature heritage of the property, the figure will be released fully painted and a gray version you can paint yourself.

It’s going to be a busy year for McFarlane Toys and we’re looking forward to all of it.
