Disney scores another win at the box office, but with numbers that will disappoint.
First place this week went to Joker with $18.9M. Domestically it now sits at $277.58M. Foreign totals sit at $571.5M for a new global total of $849.08M off of a $55M budget.
Maleficent: Mistress of Evil took tsecond place with $18.53M for a new domestic total of $65.41M. It has taken in $228.1M at the foreign box office for a global total of $293.51M.
Third place went to The Addams Family with $11.7M for a new domestic total of $72.8M.
Zombieland: Double Tap landed in fourth place with $11.6M for a new domestic total of $47M. Globally it sits at $63.6M.
Fifth place went to Countdown with $9.01M,
This week’s wide releases will be Arctic Dogs, Harriet, Motherless Brooklyn, and Terminator: Dark Fate.
