Fox already shared a few images from the season premiere of The Gifted, but not the network is back with another load of them.
“eMergence” will take place six months after the first season finale. Polaris is obviously going to be a lot of the focus for this episode judging by the images the network is showing off.
As season 2 of The Gifted progresses there are going to be a lot of factions in play. Beyond the Hellfire Club and the Mutant Underground, the Morlocks will also be introduced. In the comics, they are a ragtag group of mutants who live in the tunnels below New York City. And on the evil side we’ll be dealing with the Purifiers who are a religious terrorist group that believes all mutants are evil.
The Gifted season 2 premiere will air on Tuesday, Sept. 25.
