If you’ve been waiting to hear when Captain Marvel will be released on Blu-ray and digital, your day has come.
Marvel has announced the Captan Marvel digital release date as May 28, while the Blu-ray release will happen on June 11. Here is the home video trailer showing off some of the extras you can expect to be included.
Some of the pre-orders are now live, but not all retailers seem to be ready quite yet. We’ve included some of the one you can pre-order from now.

This is an interesting time for Marvel fans as Disney+ will be getting Marvel films fairly rapidly. When Disney+ launches on Nov. 12, Captain Marvel will already be there and ready. Avengers: Endgame will launch on the streaming service the next month.
While having a movie available on a streaming service is always nice, we’re still partial to owning the films we enjoy in some format. Call us old-fashioned if you must. And with Disney having pioneered the Movies Anywhere concept, so that we can enjoy ou movies across multiple digital platforms, we’re still going to buy copies as well.
And then problably watch them on Disney+ as well because no one watches these movies just once.
