During the movie presentation at D23 on Saturday, the Black Panther II release date was confirmed as May 6, 2022.
Ryan Coogler, director of Black Panther, joined Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige on stage to make the announcement. No other details about the film were announced, and we aren’t even sure which cast members will be back for this one. We assume everyone, but you just never know for sure.
What also isn’t known at this time is if Black Panther II will be the end of Phase Four, or possibly in Phase Five. That information is up in the air at this time.
All we know is that we finally have a Black Panther II release date, and we’re ready for it.
