Fox has released the second The King’s Man trailer that shows off a bit of what is to come in the third film in the series. We’re going to jump back in time to around World War I and see that there have always been megalomaniacs that wanted to rule the world. Luckily, for just as long, there have been people willing to face them down.
There is no doubt the movie looks pretty, but it still seems a little uncertain that this story truly needed a prequel. And a lot of the beats in this and the first trailer, it feels as though it’s set up for us to go, “Oh! I recognize that!” We’ll just have to wait to see how it plays on screen.
