After an endless stream of rumors, the Black Widow movie has been confirmed and it has a release date to boot.
Despite the filming being seen around the world, Marvel Studios still haven’t announced the Black Widow movie. That all changed on Saturday night as the cast came out on stage. Scarlett Johansson will return as Black Widow and she will be joined by Florence Pugh, David Harbour, O.T. Fagbenie, and Ray Winstone. Shown on screen, but not confirmed who is playing him, Taskmaster is the villain of the film as many suspected.
If you’re curious how there can be a Black Widow movie now considering the vents of Avengers: Endgame, this film will take place after the events of Captain America: Civil War.
Black Widow will hit theaters on May 1, 2020.
