The second Child’s Play trailer has arrived and we finally get to hear some of Mark Hamill’s voice portraying Chucky.
The new Child’s Play is an update to the 1988 original about a doll possessed by the soul of a serial killer. That time, and all the following sequels, Chucky was voiced by Brad Dourif.
This time around it seems that it’s not a serial killer inside the doll, but is instead some form of technology that has gone very wrong. It’s not clear if it’s just this one doll or the entire product line. We’ll just have to wait and see.
He does still seem to have a fondness for knives, however.
Child’s Play hits theaters on June 21.
