Present Pets unboxing themselves this holiday season

Preset Pets toys are hitting shelves, and they’re targeting being one of the hottest toys this holiday season.

Spin Master, the company behind brands such as Hatchimals and Candylocks, is back with a new concept of toys that unbox themselves. Puppies are the first animal up, and anticipation for this new line has been huge with already a spot on Amazon’s Top 25 Toys this holiday season.

How exactly do the Present Pets work? A helpful video has been published explaining how you get started with your new pet once you receive it.

First you remove the outer box, then simply pull the tab to see the pup make its way through the box. Once you unlock the two bone-shaped locks you’ll be able to completely remove it.

Present Pets toys come in two varieties currently: Fancy Pups and Glitter Pups. Each one has two different models, so you won’t know exactly which you are getting until it is fully unboxed.

“We cannot wait to surprise the whole family with the magical experience of unboxing their very own Present Pet puppy,” said Jean Gomez, Spin Master’s VP Marketing & Global Business Unit Lead. “It’s a dream come true for children to unwrap a surprise puppy, and we are delighted to bring that joy to families this holiday season. We hope to see lots of exciting reactions when children open their Present Pets toys.”

Quantities are limited in North America currently, so this is definitely not an item you’re going to want to wait to place your order for.

Present Pets toys are available at Amazon, Target, and Walmart.
