Shang-Chi wins a third weekend at the box office

Marvel doesn’t seem to know how not to have a winning weekend at the moment.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings remained at the top of the box office for a third weekend with $21.7M. Its domestic total stands at $176.89M and a global haul of $288.89M.

Second place went to Free Guy with $5.2M for a new domestic total of $108.57M and a global total of $276.53M.

Cry Macho opened in third place with $4.51M.

Fourth place went to Candyman with $3.5M for a new domestic total of $53.16M and a new global total of $66.69M.

Malignant rounded out the top five with $2.68M for a new domestic total of $9.8M.

The next wide releases are Couragous Legacy, Dear Evan Hansen, and The Eyes of Tammy Faye. Expect another win by Shang-Chi.
