The box office is slowly recovering with films coming out at a more regular pace as we head into the summer season.

First place went to Guy Richie’s The Wrath of Man with $8.1M. It stands at $12.92M globally.
Demon Slayer The Movie took second place with $3.05M for a new domestic total of $39.6M. Combined with its international haul, the film sits at a global total of $474.6M.
Third place went to Mortal Kombat with $2.37M for a new domestic total of $37.84M. Globally it sits at $72.54M.
Godzilla vs Kong came in fourth with $1.93M bringing its domestic total to $92.96M. Globally it now sits at $422.56M.
Fifth place went to Raya and the Last Dragon with $1.86M this weekend. It now stands at $43.81M domestic and $105.73M globally.
The next wide release is Finding You, Profile, Spiral, and Those Who Wish Me Dead on May 14.
