First place went to Warner Bros.’ The Little Things with $2.1 million. Seeing as it’s also on HBO Max at the same time as all Warner Bros. films will be this year, it seems to be doing fine in the current environment. It sits at $7.8M domestically and $13M globally.
The Croods: A New Age landed in second place yet again with $1.76M for a new domestic total of $46.01M and globally it sits at $147.68M.
Third place went to Liam Neeson’s The Marksman with $1M for a new domestic total of $9.11M.
Wonder Woman 1984 landed in fourth place with $905K. It now stands at $40.3M domestically and $154.5M internationally.
Fifth place went to Monster Hunter with $585K for a new domestic total of $11.88M and a global total of $25.1M.
The next wide release is Judas and the Black Messiah on Feb. 12 which will debut day-and-date on HBO Max as well.
With films moving out of the spring release window, it looks as though it will be summer before we see any major changes in the weekly results.
