Terminator: Dark Fate wins a sleepy weekend at the box office

Terminator is back, but it seems that not many people really cared about it.

First place this week went to Terminator: Dark Fate with $29M. Globally it sits at $123.6M off of a budget of $185M. If this hits profit, it will be off the back of the foreign box office.

Joker landed in second place with $13.92M. Domestically it now sits at $299.61M. Foreign totals sit at $634.4M for a new global total of $934.01M off of a $55M budget.

Third place went to Maleficent: Mistress of Evil with $12.17M for a new domestic total of $84.32M. It has taken in $298.9M at the foreign box office for a global total of $383.22M.

Harriet opened in fourth place with $12M for a domestic total of $12M

Fifth place went to The Addams Family with $8.49M for a new domestic total of $85.29M.

This week’s wide releases will be Doctor Sleep, Last Christmas, Midway, and Playing with Fire.
