According to a new report, Marvel Studios has found its Ms. Marvel in the form of newcomer Iman Vellani.

A report from Deadline says that Vellani has been chosen for the role of the teen superhero after an extensive search.
Marvel has offered no comment on the report.
Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy and Meera Menon have been named as directors on the project.
Ms. Marvel is the alter ego of Kamala Khan, a Pakistani-American teen based in New Jersey who finds herself with newfound powers. As to her name, she is a fan of Captain Marvel and takes her name from her.
As she was in the comics, Ms. Marvel is the first Muslim character to star in her own series, According to Marvel Studios chief Kevin Feige following her introduction on the small screen, Kamala Khan will then be included in future Marvel films.
There’s no timeline as of yet as to when the Ms. Marvel series will debut on Disney Plus. Currently, WandaVision will be the first Marvel series to debut on the service.
