To no one’s surprise, Disney Plus is having a bit of a rough morning. When you are the most anticipated launches in recent memory, your service is going to be flooded, and there will always be a learning curve to it.
One might have suspected that Disney of all companies would hit a home run on day one, but it just wasn’t meant to be.
If you are able to login, great, we can help you a bit. If you can’t login, you’re going to need to keep trying we’re afraid.
For those of you who can get in, you’ll find browsing for content is nearly impossible. The first page of a category will load, but you won’t be able to get past that. And some pages don’t load at all.
What we’re finding is we are having no problems with the Search feature. Everything seems to load correctly from there. Of course, from this also means you need to know what you’re looking for, but it’s at least a way to get to most pages.
You will also find once you do find your desired content, there may be issues there as well.
For now, try Search. It seems to be having the most luck to getting anywhere on the service.
And as someone who has worked around the tech industry for years, these issues will become less and less frequent. Sure, it would be nice for everything to work on day one, but having launched many websites over the years, that just doesn’t happen sadly.
