Don’t be too surprised if there is a third film announced in very short order for the Jumanji franchise

Frozen II came in second with $19.18M. It now stands at $366.54M domestically and $666M overseas for a global total of $1.032B. It marks the sixth Disney film to break $1B at the box office this year.
Third Place went to Knives Out with $9.25M for a new domestic total of $78.92M, and a global total of $142.49M off of a budget of $40M.
Richard Jewell came in fourth with $5M.
Rounding out the top five was Black Christmas with $4.42M.
This week’s wide releases will be Star Wars: Rise of the Skywalker, Bombshell, and… Cats. We wonder what might win the weekend.
