First place went to Wonder Woman 1984 with $5.5M off of 2,151 screens, a drop of 67% from its opening weekend. Domestically it has hit $28.5M and globally it sits at $118.5M. At this rate it will come in under Tenet and definitely raises questions about any upcoming releases.
The Croods: A New Age landed in second place with $2.18M for a new domestic total of $34.51M and globally it sits at $114.95M.
Third place went to News of the World with $1.69M for a new domestic total of $5.4M.
Monster Hunter landed in fourth place with $1.25M for a new domestic total of $6.25M, and a global haul of $15.07M.
Rounding out the top five was Fatale with $700K.
Of the top five, the only two films to drop in business were Wonder Woman 1984 and News of the World. The other three all went up.
