Spider-Man: Far From Home has been filming throughout Europe for some time now, but it wouldn’t be a Spider-Man story without New York City involved in some way. The production has hit the streets of the city, and with that has come set videos showing off a new costume for our friendly neighborhood wallcrawler.

And here’s another one for good measure.

What we can tell is the traditionally blue area areas appear to now be black, and the spider symbol on his back is now white. We have no idea if this suit is another gift from Stark, or if this is something else entirely.

While costume changes are not unusual throughout the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Spider-Man’s suit is so iconic that you do sit up and take notice when things change. Does the suit have new abilities? Was Peter just looking to change up his ensemble? We’ll have to wait and find out.

As to where these shots fit into the story, we don’t know. The shots were happening outside of Madison Square Garden and show Spider-Man swinging with Michelle (Zendaya). No word on if this scene takes place before or after the events shot in Europe.

Spider-Man: Far From Home is scheduled to hit theaters on July 5, 2019.
