The CW did something a bit unusual in that released the pictures for two weeks worth of episodes at once. We’re not sure why, but we’re not arguing with it.
First up, episode 307, “Chapter Forty-Two: The Man in Black”
INTO THE BELLY OF THE BEAST — Fearful that he will be caught, Archie (KJ Apa) hits the road and ends up at a farm outside Riverdale, where he meets Laurie Lake (guest star Riley Keough). Meanwhile, after Alice (Madchen Amick) takes extreme measures to ensure Betty’s (Lili Reinhart) safety from the Gargoyle King, Betty finds herself up against a formidable foe from her past. Finally, after learning that La Bonne Nuit is in trouble, Veronica (Camila Mendes) makes a risky business decision that could cost her everything.
Episode 307 will debut on Dec. 5.
And then on to episode 308, “Chapter Forty-Three: Outbreak.”
The casting of Gina Gershon as Gladys is just a wonderful idea on so many levels.
GINA GERSHON GUEST STARS AS JUGHEAD’S MOTHER GLADYS JONES — On the road and running out of places to stay, Jughead (Cole Sprouse) and Archie (KJ Apa) head to Toledo to visit Jughead’s mother Gladys (guest star Gina Gershon) and sister Jellybean (guest star Trinity Likins). Back in Riverdale, Betty (Lili Reinhart) inches closer to uncovering the truth about Griffins & Gargoyles, while Veronica (Camila Mendes) and Cheryl (Madelaine Petsch) take on Hiram (Mark Consuelos), Hermoine (Marisol Nichols) and Penelope (guest star Nathalie Boltt) after more students fall victim to seizures.
Episode 308 will debut on Dec. 12.
