This is part of our “Most Anticipated Movies of 2019” series where we take a look at some of the movies we’re most excited to watch in the new year.
It’s been one hell of a road for DC. Now, it’s hoping Shazam! will follow the lead set by Wonder Woman and Aquaman in 2019. We got our first look at the movie back at Comic-Con and it looks like it has a lot of potential.
The first trailer shows that we’ll get a genuinely funny movie about a kid who gains superpowers and all the hijinks that entails. David F. Sandberg is directing the project, bringing some of his specialties of horror movies to create some suspenseful moments in the the trailer.
