Mattel is back with another year of its Monster High Haunt Couture line, and this time it’s Midnight Runway Frankie Stein!
Frankie Stein is the first doll in the Haunt Couture “Midnight Runway” line for 2023, and is described as follows:

Monster High Haunt Couture is back for 2023 with the Midnight Runway collection. Each of the three ghouls will feature a new look and masquerade mask unique to their characters. The first doll in this ghoulamorous series is Frankie Stein. The doll features long, green streaked hair in a high pony and lightning bolt details throughout the doll’s stunning outfit.
