Godzilla: King of the Monsters Posters Beautifully Show Off Kaiju Horror

Following an excellent second trailer for Godzilla: King of the Monsters, new character posters have been released. The posters beautifully show off the horror of the movie’s Titans, otherwise known as Ghidorah, Rodan, and Mothra.

For the uninitiated, Godzilla: King of the Monsters will see Godzilla face three of his most popular foes, including the three headed Ghidorah, which in past movies was capable of emitting lightning-like gravity beams and generating hurricane-force winds from its wings.

Rodan like looks a massive prehistoric creature, with the ability to send shockwaves with its wings. It also has skin so tough that it can deflect nearly any attack, including Godzilla’s atomic breath.

Finally, there’s a poster of Mothra, a kaiju that’s often portrayed as any ally to Godzilla. It’s still unclear if Mothra will be good in Godzilla: King of the Monsters, though considering how ferocious Ghidorah looks, we’re guessing Godzilla will definitely need help.

Godzilla: King of the Monsters hits theaters on May 31, 2019.
