The full Glass Onion trailer has arrived, giving us our best look yet at the second Knives Out Mystery from Rian Johnson.

Daniel Craig is back for his second outing as Detective Benoit Blanc. Created for Knives Out, this time he will be heading to Greece for an all-new mystery with another star-studded cast. This time his suspects will include Edward Norton, Janelle Monáe, Kathryn Hahn, Leslie Odom Jr., Jessica Henwick, Madelyn Cline, Kate Hudson, and Dave Bautista
While the first film was a cloudy and dark affair set in a mansion filled with dark woods, it’s clear this one will be brighter and more colorful. It immediately brings to mind Agatha Christie’s Evil Under the Sun. While we’re positive the story is completely different, it’s just the general sense of the film.
You’re invited to put the pieces together. In the follow-up to Rian Johnson’s Knives Out, Detective Benoit Blanc travels to Greece to peel back the layers of a mystery involving a new cast of colorful suspects.
Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery will release on Netflix on Dec. 23. It will also receive a theatrical release prior to that, but the date has not yet been announced.
