Yo Gabba Gabba! is coming back and will launch on Aug. 9.

Apple has unveiled a first look at the revival of Yo Gabba Gabba! which will now be known as Yo Gabba GabbaLand!. The new series will see the return of the characters of Brobee, Foofa, Muno, Toodee, and Plex. Original host DJ Lance Rock (Lance Robertson) is replaced by 12-year-old Kammy Kam (Kamyrn Smith).
The new series will keep the legacy of bringing in guest stars and the first season will see appearances by Chelsea Peretti, Diplo, Flea, Gillian Jacobs, Lauren Lapkus, Reggie Watts, Sam Richardson, and Utkersh Ambudkar. The official synopsis of the series says that Yo Gabba GabbaLand “invites audiences to explore a magical world of endless possibilities and promise, with friends both familiar and new, in a reimagining that brings to life an expansive Yo Gabba GabbaLand, filled with optimism and fun, where kids and families are taught life lessons through song and dance that allows them to learn, laugh and grow together.”
The original series launched on Nickelodeon in 2007 and ran for four seasons. It won three awards from the Television Critics Association and one BAFTA. It was nominated for multiple Emmys, but did not win any.
Apple has not yet announced how many seasons it has agreed to for the series.
