From 1983 to 1985, the Dungeons & Dragons cartoon ran for 27 episodes across three seasons. It is still loved by fans today, and seems to be growing in recognition once again. The story followed six human children that got transported to the world of D&D and were trying to find their way back home.

In recent years the property has received some new statues and toys, and even featured in a car commercial in Brazil. Now they’re getting something a bit more high-end as the characters will cameo in the live-action Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves.

Paramount Pictures shared a clip from the upcoming film that lets you see the characters twice in the background, and once with a good focus on them. As easter eggs fo for people from the 1980s, this one ranks pretty high up there.

Hasbro has announced it is working on a live-action TV series with Paramount Plus, we would not be too sad if this ended up being the inspiration for the series.

A charming thief and a band of unlikely adventurers undertake an epic heist to retrieve a lost relic, but things go dangerously awry when they run afoul of the wrong people.

Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves will hit theaters on March 31.
