Disney Plus has released the first She-Hulk trailer and it looks like the show is going to be just as odd as we hoped.

First off, we now know the full title of the series is She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, so we love the oddness of the series from the start. In both the show and the comics, Jennifer Walters (Tatiana Maslany) is the cousin of Bruce Banner. We’re not sure in the show yet how she becomes a Hulk, but in the comics, it was due to a blood transfusion. Our guess is it will hold the same in the series as well.
The series is planned to have a comedic tone, and it shows. We’re also going to be seeing some other characters including the return of Tim Roth as the Abomination. We also get a very brief glimpse of Jameela Jamil as Titania and what appears to be Frog-Man.
Also worth noting is that is it very clear not all of the special effects shots are finished. Hopefully we’ll be seeing this cleaned up before the series arrives on Disney Plus.
She-Hulk: Attorney at Law will debut on Disney Plus on Aug. 17.
