It’s easy to forget sometimes that LEGO began life as a company making wooden toys. Before it came up with the plastic brick system, that was its bread and butter. Now, LEGO is going to celebrate that heritage with an all-new product line called LEGO Originals.
The new product line is kicking off with a new 5:1 scale LEGO Originals Wooden Minifigure. The new figure is carved from oak and has plastic hands. It will also come with a few LEGO bricks so you can build accessories for your new piece of history.

The LEGO Originals wooden minifigure will go on sale to LEGO VIP-members from Nov. 3 to Nov. 7. It will then go into general release globally on Nov. 8. It will run $119.99 in the U.S.
