Flavors of Youth is the next film from CoMix Wave Films, the studio behind the international hit, Your Name. The good news is that you aren’t going to have to wait long to see this one as it’s heading to Netflix.
Netflix has released a trailer for Flavors of Youth which will have its world premiere at Anime Expo on July 6. The film directed by Yoshitaka Takeuchi, and a co-production of Japanese and Chinese producers, will ht Netflix on Aug. 4.
The new film will follow a similar story in three different cities and “explores the simple joys of life through sensual memories and how the beating heart of love cannot be defeated by the flow of time.”
It looks as though the studio has another hit on its hand and we can’t wait to catch it in August.
