With very little surprise, Disney won the weekend in what turned out to be a record-setting Thanksgiving.
First place this week went to Ralph Breaks the Internet with $55.67M. Combined with its holiday numbers the film already sits at $84.47M domestic and $125.97M globally.
Creed II opened in second place with $35.29M. Combined with its holiday numbers the film already sits at $55.8M domestic off of a $50M budget.
Third place this week went to The Grinch with $30.21M for a new domestic total of $180.44M and a new global total of $215.74M off of a $75M budget.
Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald took fourth place this weekend with $29.65M for a new domestic total of $117.11M. Globally it sits at $439.71M off of a $200M budget.
Rounding out the top five was Bohemian Rhapsody with $13.85M for a new domestic total of $152.01M. Globally it sits at $472.17M off of a $52M budget.
This week’s lone release Possession of Hannah Grace, and even at that it’s only on 1,900 screens.
