Avatar: The Way of Water wins its fourth weekend at the box office

Surprising absolutely no one, James Cameron took the top spot at the box office for a fourth weekend.

First place went to Avatar: The Way of Water with $45M for a new domestic total of $516.78M. The international total now stands at $956.9M for a global total of $1.708B.

M3GAN came in second with $30.2M in its opening weekend. It took in a further $14.83M in the foreign markets for a total of $45.03M.

Third place went to Puss in Boots: The Last Wish with $13.12M, bringing its domestic total to $87.7M. The foreign total sits at $109.74M for a global total of $197.44M.

Despite being on only 637 screens, A Man Called Otto opened in fourth place with $4.2M.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever rounded out the top five with $3.39M for a new domestic total of $445.43M. At the foreign markets, it sits at $380.5M for a new global total of $825.93M.

The wide releases this week are The Devil Conspiracy, House Party, Plane, and A Man Called Otto will expand wide.
