Minions & Monsters took the top spot at the box office with $36.4M for the three-day weekend, and $61M for the five-day. It has taken in $98.42M in the foreign markets for a global total of $159.87M.
Second place went to Toy Story 5 with $31M for a new domestic total of $366.34M. It has taken in a further $398M in the foreign markets for a global total of $764.34M.
Young Washington opened in third place with $20.84M.
Fourth place went to Supergirl with $9.6M for a new domestic total of $58.47M. It has taken in $42M in the foreign markets for a global total of $100.47M.
Disclosure Day rounded out the top five with $6M for a new domestic total of $105.31M. It has taken in a further $101.9M in the foreign markets for a global total of $207.21M.
The wide releases this week are Evil Dead Burn, Gail Daughtry and the Celebrity Sex Pass, and Moana.
