Scream 7 Scores a Kill at the Box Office

It seems that the Scream series won’t be going away anytime soon.

Scream 7 took the top spot this weekend with $64.1M in the U.S. It took in a further $33.1M in the foreign markets for a global total of $97.2M.

Second place went to the animated GOAT with $12M for a new domestic total of $73.98M. It has taken in $56.5M in the foreign markets for a global total of $130.48M.

Wuthering Heights came in second with $6.95M for a new domestic total of $72.34M. It has taken in a further $119.7M in the foreign markets for a global total of $192.04M.

Fourth place went to Twenty One Pilots: More Than We Ever Imagined with $4.3M.

EPiC: Elvis Presley in Concert rounded out the top five with $3.5M for a domestic total of $7.82M. It has taken in $6.54M in the foreign markets for a global total of $14.37M.

The wide releases this week are The Bride, Hoppers, and Protector.
