It has only been a year since Peacock last raised its prices, but the news has gone out that it is doing it again. Beginning July 18, new subscribers will see a $2 increase to Peacock Premium (with ads) from $5.99 to $7.99 a month. Peacock Premium Plus (mostly ad-free) will rise $2 as well, going from $11.99 per month to $13.99. The annual plans will increase from $59.99 to $79.99 and $119.99 to $139.99, respectively.
Existing customers will see the increases in their next billing cycle after Aug. 17.
The Olympics are scheduled to run from July 28 to Aug. 11, and Peacock plans to stream over 5,000 hours of content. This includes content such as Peacock Discovery Multiview, Peacock Live Actions, Gold Zone, and more.
Peacock saw a 55% jump in subscribers year-over-year and now has around 34 million subscribers.
