How to Train Your Dragon took the top spot at the box office for a second weekend with $37M for a new domestic total of $160.48M. It has taken in $197.7M in the foreign markets for a global total of $358.18M.

Second place went to 28 Years Later with $30M in the U.S. It took in a further $30M in the foreign markets for a global total opening of $60M.

Elio opened in third place with $21M in the U.S. It took in a further $14M on foreign screens for a global opening of $35M. This is a new low for a Pixar opening.

Fourth place went to Lilo & Stitch with $9.7M for a new domestic total of $386.74M. It has taken in a further $523.6M in the foreign markets for a global total of $910.34M.

Mission: Impossible—The Final Reckoning rounded out the top five with $6.55M for a new domestic total of $178.37M. It has taken in $362.5M in the foreign markets for a global total of $540.87M.

The wide releases this week are F1: The Movie, M3GAN 2.0, and Sorry, Baby.
