Wicked took the top spot at the box office with $114M. It took in a further $50.18M in the foreign markets for a global total of $164.18M.
Second place went to Gladiator II with $55.5M domestically. Overseas, it took in $165.5M for a global opening of $221M.
Red One landed in third place with $13.28M for a new domestic total of $52.9M. It has taken in $64.2M in the foreign markets for a global total of $117.1M.
Fourth place went to Bonhoeffer: Pastor. Spy. Assassin with $5.12M.
Venom: The Last Dance rounded out the top five with $4M for a new domestic total of $133.82M. It has taken in $322.6M in the foreign markets for a global total of $456.42M.
The wide release this week is Moana 2.
