First place went to Top Gun: Maverick with $86M, a drop of just 32%, and the best hold ever for a film that opened over $100M. The domestic total now stands at $291.6M, and a global total of $415.6M.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness took second place with $9.25M for a new domestic total of $388.71M. The global total now stands at $909.41M.
Third place went to The Bob’s Burgers Movie with $4.5M for a new domestic total of $22.24M, and a global total of $23.94M.
The Bad Guys landed in fourth place with $3.34M for a new domestic total of $87.29M. Globally it sits at $218.26M.
Fifth place went to Downton Abbey: A New Era with $3M. Domestically it sits at $35.7M and globally it now stands at $77.18M.
This week’s major release is Jurassic World: Dominion.
