Marvel has managed to take the top spot in an opening weekend at the box office for a 36th time.

Thunderbolts took the top spot at the box office with $76M. It took in $86.1M overseas for a global total of $162.1M.
Second place went to Sinners with $33M. It’s domestic total now sits at $179.72M. It has taken in $57M in the foreign markets for a global total of $236.72M.
A Minecraft Movie came in third with $13.7M for a new domestic total of $398.2M. It has taken in $476.6M in the foreign markets for a global total of $873.8M.
Fourth place went to The Accountant 2 with $9.46M for a new domestic total of $41.15M. It has taken in $13.18M in the foreign markets for a global total of $54.33M.
Until Dawn landed in fifth place with $3.8M for a domestic total of $14.35M. It has taken in $20.4M in the foreign markets for a global total of $34.75M.
The wide releases this week are Clown in a Cornfield, Fight or Flight, Juliet & Romeo, and Shadow Force.
