One Piece has been renewed for season 3 long before season 2 has even made its debut.

Netflix is betting big on the Straw Hat Pirates as the streaming company has announced One Piece season 3 is on the way. There isn’t even a firm release date for season 2 as of yet beyond “2026.”
In addition to the renewal announcement, Netflix released an extended look at the upcoming season.
Season 2 will see a lot of new faces joining the cast: Sophia Anne Caruso (The School for Good and Evil) as Miss Goldenweek, Mark Penwill (Catch Me a Killer) as Chess, Anton David Jeftha as K.M., Sendhil Ramamurthy as Nefertari Cobra, Katey Sagal as Dr. Kureha, Mark Harelik as Dr. Hiriluk, Julia Rehwald as Tashigi, Rob Colletti as Wapol, Joe Manganiello as Mr. 0, David Dastmalchian as Mr. 3, Camrus Johnson as Mr. 5, Daniel Lasker as Mr. 9, Callum Kerr as Smoker, Ty Keogh as Dalton, Jazzara Jaslyn as Miss Valentine, Werner Coetser as Dorry, Brendan Murray as Brogy, Clive Russell as Crocus, Charithra Chandran as Miss Wednesday, Lera Abova as Miss All-Sunday, and Mark Penwill as Chess.
One Piece season 2 was filmed in South Africa, and it has been confirmed that it will cover the end of the East Blue Saga and the Arabasta Saga, which means it will include Loungetown, Reverse Mountain, Whiskey Peak, Little Garden, and Drum Island.
No release date has been announced for One Piece season 2 as of yet other than “2026.”
