The Mandalorian and Grogu took the top spot for the three-day weekend with $81.96M. It took in a further $63M in the foreign markets for a global total of $144.96M.
Second place went to Obsession with $22.4M for a new domestic total of $52.78M. It has taken in $21.2M in the foreign markets for a global total of $73.98M.
Michael landed in third place with $20.01M for a new domestic total of $314.22M. It has taken in $468.13M in the foreign markets for a new global total of $782.35M.
Fourth place went to The Devil Wears Prada 2 with $12.59M at the domestic box office for a new domestic total of $198.11. It has taken in an additional $408M from foreign markets, bringing the global total to $604.11M.
The Sheep Detectives rounded out the top five with $8.98M for a domestic total of $43.51M. It has taken in $29.55M in the foreign markets for a global total of $73.07M.
The wide releases this week are Backrooms, The Breadwinner, and Pressure.
