Street Fighter Trailer Shows Off the Massive Cast

The first Street Fighter trailer has debuted showing off all of the various characters we can expect to see in the film.

Legendary has signed a new three-year deal with Paramount Pictures, and the brought with it the long-gestating Street Fighter movie. The first Street Fighter trailer is definitely promising us that no one’s favorite fighter won’t at least be acknowledged.

The Street Fighter cast includes:

• Akuma – Roman Reigns
• Balrog – Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson
• Blanka – Jason Momoa
• Cammy – Mel Jarnson
• Chun-Li – Callina Liang
• Dan Hibiki – Andrew Schul
• Dhalsim – Vidyut Jammwal
• Don Sauvage – Eric André
• E. Honda – Hirooki Goto
• Guile – Cody Rhodes
• Joe – Alexander Volkanovski
• Juli – Rayna Vallandingham
• Ken – Noah Centineo
• M. Bison – David Dastmalchian
• Ryu – Andrew Koji
• Vega – Orville Peck
• Zangief – Olivier Richters

One has to imagine that some of these characters will receive very limited screen time, but we’ll have to wait and see.

The story is said to be set in 1993 and will focus on Chun-Li bringing together estranged street fighters Ryu and Ken to fight in the World Warrior Tournament.

Street Fighter hits theaters on Oct. 16, 2026.
