The first Mortal Kombat II trailer has arrived showing off the first footage from the long-awaited sequel.

Mortal Kombat came out in 2021, and it has seemingly taken forever for a sequel to make its way to our screens. The follow-up is now set to release in Oct. of this year, and now the first trailer has arrived.
The cast includes Karl Urban as Johnny Cage, Hiroyuki Sanada as Hanzo Hasashi, Tati Gabrielle as Jade, Damon Herriman as Quan Chi, Martyn Ford as Shao Khan, Jessica McNamee as Sonya Blade, Mehcad Brooks as Jax, Tadanobu Asano as Lord Raiden, Lewis Tan as Cole Yong, Josh Lawson as Kano, Chin Han as Shang Tsung, Ludi Lin as Liu Kang, Ana Thy Nguyen as Sindel, Julian Weeks as Luke, Desmond Chiam as King Jerrod, and Max Huang as Kung Lao.
Mortal Kombat II will hit theaters on Oct. 24, 2025.
